We would like to thank you for everything you did for us to make our vacation to Disney so enjoyable.  As
parents we wanted the first time bringing our kids to be special, and with your help is was unforgettable.  We
truly had a fantastic time and really needed it after the storm just devastated all moral.  We loved the Dining
Plan we were on although one banana should be considered a ½ snack!   The table services came in handy
with the character breakfast choices we made.  We had a fantastic time and will probably return yearly since the
boys had so much fun.  Thank you for the care packages you sent us and we really appreciate all that you have
done for us.  This has been a trying time in Louisiana, but you made our trip so easy for us and gave us one
week to just forget about everything that was going on back home!  The suggestions you gave us were
awesome and followed many of them.

Thanks so much for all your help!  We had a great time and everything went smoothly once we got there. The
tips you sent were wonderful and helped make everything run fast and smooth.  The fast pass ideas were
perfect and we managed to not have to wait for any attraction more than 10 minutes.  Especially great when we
got to Epcot which was the most crowded and some of the lines were as long as 90 minutes long for regular
standby access.
