weddings are really the easiest and most stress-free option for couples. Why do we say that? Well for
one, you have Disney taking care of all the important details of your special day -  on-board
entertainment for you and any guests, great food, scenery, but best of all, your honeymoon is included!

The easiest way to plan a Disney Cruise Line® wedding is to have one travel agent handle all of your
guest's travel arrangements. This will keep everyone together and noted on their reservations as being

Disney Cruise Line® Wedding Information:

Disney Cruise Line® wedding packages are available on most 3, 4 and 7-Night cruises. Please note that
only a small amount of  weddings are allowed to be scheduled for each sailing. Weddings can be
booked up to a year in advance.

Disney Cruise Line® wedding packages are limited to 20 guests total (including the bride & groom). If
you need to book more than 8 cabins for your guests, you may be able to receive special offers for your
party.

Another very important item to remember is that couples must have a valid Florida marriage license
issued before their cruise. A marriage license in Florida is issued by a county court judge or a clerk of
the circuit court. You can apply for the license at any Florida county office that is convenient. For more

Your marriage license is actually completed in the cruise terminal before you leave for your cruise,
which means that legally, you are married before you even get on the ship!


Disney Cruise Line® Wedding Package Information:

The price for adding the Wedding Package to the cruise portion of your vacation is $1900* for wedding
onboard the Disney Magic / Disney Wonder or $2900* for a wedding at Castaway Cay.

The Wedding Package includes:

  • Wedding ceremony - either aboard the Disney Cruise Line, or on Disney's Private Island,
    Castaway Cay
  • Coordinator to assist with wedding ceremony and reception
  • Concierge service on board to assist in booking shore excursions and spa/salon appointments.
    (The actual excursions and treatments are not included in package.)
  • Officiant to perform wedding ceremony (usually the captain for onboard weddings, a Bahamian
    officiant for Castaway Cay weddings)
  • Pianist for wedding ceremony
  • Fresh flower bouquet for bride and fresh flower boutonniere for groom
  • Two-tier wedding cake with keepsake cake topper and one bottle of Fairy Tale Cuvee for a toast
  • Dress steaming for bride
  • Confirmed dinner for two at Palo on night of wedding
  • Special wedding gift
  • Disney Cruise Line Wedding Certificate
  • Note from the Captain/Hotel Director
  • Complimentary photo
  • Champagne & Strawberries delivered to stateroom
  • $100.00 onboard stateroom credit (for bride & groom only), good towards merchandise, spa
    treatments, shore excursions and other onboard activities. Any unused portions are
    nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Disney Honeymoon Registry
Disney now offers a wonderful option for those couples who want to plan a romantic Walt Disney
World® or Disney Cruise Line® Honeymoon. The Disney Honeymoon Registry allows your guests to
contribute toward the cost of your honeymoon as their wedding gift to you! Oh, and did we mention that
Disney's registry service is complimentary?

Disney Cruise Line® Honeymoon Registry:
While the honeymoon registration can not be used to pay for your Disney Cruise, funds donated can be
used for a gift card that can pay for onboard expenses during your cruise. All contributions made to
your registry are credited in a lump sum onto a Disney Honeymoon Gift Card that can be applied to just
about any vacation expense that would ordinarily be billed to your stateroom key. You must have your
vacation already booked in order to register, and registration must occur at least 15 days prior to your
arrival.

Adding Upgrades to your Wedding Package:

Champagne

Your wedding package includes a bottle of Fairy Tale Cuvee for your cake cutting reception and
another bottle delivered to your stateroom. These can be upgraded if you wish, at the following cost:

  • Moet and Chandon White Star $20.00, plus 15% service charge
  • Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label $30.00, plus 15% service charge
  • Krug Grand Brut $160.00, plus 15% service charge
  • Perrier Jouet $100.00, plus 15% service charge
  • Moet Chandon Dom Perignon $120.00, plus 15% service charge

Extra Flowers

Additional floral items such as corsages, boutonnieres, and bridesmaid bouquets may be added on to
your Cruise Wedding or Vow Renewal package. These must be provided by the Disney Florist.

Prices vary according to specific flowers selected, seasonal availability and size of arrangements. Some
sample prices*:

  • Maid / Matron of Honor or Bridesmaid Bouquet $125.00

  • Boutonniere $12.50
  • Flower Girl Basket with Rose Petals $55.00
