Flounder's Reef Nursery:

Specially designed for the youngest cruisers 12 weeks to 3 years of age, Disney puts a magical touch into the
care of your little one. Since In-room babysitting is not available, this is the only option for parents of those 12
weeks - 3 years of age. There is a charge of $6 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. For additional children in
the same family, the charge $5 per hour. Cancellations can be made without penalty 12 hours in advance.
Parents are given a pager so that they can be contacted in case of a medical or emotional need.

There are a maximum of four infants (those not yet walking) and 16 toddlers allowed, depending on the
number of volunteer Crew Members on hand. Parents are required to provide their own diapers/Pull-Ups,
baby wipes, extra clothing, pre-made bottles labeled with the child's name, baby food in jars, sipper cups and
security items such as blankets, pacifiers or a favorite toy

Reservations are on a first come-first serve basis and are based on babysitter availability. To reserve, go to
the Flounder's Reef Open House on Embarkation Day.
The Oceaneer Club:   Ages 3-7

The Oceaneer Club is for children 3 to 7 years of age. Here the children can climb and slide in the play area,
dress up as their favorite Princess, villain or pirate, play games, create at the Lego table or play in the
computer lab where the large mouse is specifically designed for the little ones. Children can stay here for as
much or as little time as they like. To participate in the Oceaneer Club, children must be potty trained.

Children are grouped into two age categories, 3 to 4 and 5 to 7-year-olds. There are fun, supervised
activities featured throughout the cruise. Here are some of the highlights:

Ages 3  to 4:

  • Welcome Party -  children will play games, sing, dance, listen to a story, make a craft and meet a
    Disney Character while getting familiar with the Club and all of the activities that lie ahead.
  • Mouseketeer Training - There's no better way to learn to be an official Mouseketeer than by
    watching video clips from the 50's Mickey Mouse Club TV show and marching along to the theme song.
  • King Tritons Royal Court - The children will become "Citizens of the Sea" while learning about the
    ocean.
  • Brother Bear - Both instructional and fun, the little ones will learn the story of “Brother Bear” through
    a variety of activities. They’ll make bear masks, walk through the “woods” and play a memory game on
    the memory game wall.
  • Sebastian’s Musical Sea Search  - Where are Sebastian's instruments? The children go on a fun
    pursuit of the little crustacean's musical stash.
  • Aladdin's Fun Adventure - A "Magic Carpet Ride" adventure awaits as the children visit the "cave"
    and "market" where this "Diamond in the Rough" began his escapades.
  • Nemo’s Coral Reef Adventures - Puppets are used to take the children on an undersea voyage.
  • Swingin’ with Tarzan - kids will use their artistic skills to imitate Jane, slide like the King of the Jungle,
    Tarzan and "break camp" Terk style.
  • Do Si Do with Snow White - Dance alongside Snow White and learn the special "Dance of the Seven
    Dwarfs.
  • Welcome to Wonderland - A "Very Merry Unbirthday" is celebrated with Alice.
  • Pumbaa PJ Party (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) - The Lion King theme is celebrated with roars,
    dancing, storytelling and crafting a pillowcase to keep as a souvenir.  Top it all off by a visit from Goofy
    before settling in to watch a movie.
  • Where’s Tinkerbell? (7-night Caribbean Cruise Only) children will embark on a hunt for Tinkerbell.
    By following clues they'll find her secret hiding place and have a magical surprise.
  • Ariel’s Bubble Party (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only)  - Children learn how to make bubbles and use
    all sorts of wands and blowers. A "bubble" picture is made from cotton balls and a souvenir gift is given.


Ages 5 to 7:

  • Welcome Party - The children get acquainted with the activities that lie ahead through games and
    exploring the world of jungles, space, and pirates. It's a fun time for all.
  • To Infinity & Beyond - Space Rangers alert! You'll head through the galaxy Calling all young Space
    Rangers! Buzz Lightyear needs assistance in his journey throughout the galaxy
  • Detective School - Following clues, the children embark on a mysterious adventure. They'll check for
    fingerprints, look at microscopic slides, compare handwriting samples and solve the puzzle.
  • Gasses in Action - Using simple science experiments, this fun session is perfect for the budding
    physicist.
  • So You Want to be a Pirate! - Avast ye little Mateys! A pirate will relate exciting tales of the
    buccaneers who sailed the seas. You never know if his old friend Captain Hook will drop in for a visit.
  • Escape from Hook - The children are celebrating a birthday in Neverland. They'll be cleverly
    disguised just in case Captain Hook decides to disrupt the festivities.
  • Animation Antics - Mickey Mouse is the inspiration for future animators. They'll learn the simple
    techniques while drawing everyone's favorite Disney celebrity
  • Picture This - A fun crafts session where the children will create a picture frame to hold their favorite
    vacation photo
  • Professor Goo's Magical Experiments - It's "Flubber" time! The children will mix their own batch of
    this mystery matter while Professor Goo supervises.
  • The Ayes Have It - Wearing the 3-D glasses that they created, the kids will have a blast using them to
    view special effects.
  • Chillin' in the Club (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) -  Yummy desserts are the reward in the "Make it
    a SUNdae" game.
  • Eggsperiments - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) -The children will be amazed at what can be done
    with an ordinary egg.
  • Goofy's Giggle Gala - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) - This special evening includes a pint-sized
    version of "Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer." The kids play games, get glow in the dark necklaces
    and take home Goofy pillowcases that they colored themselves
  • Dig at Monstro's Point - The kids will dig and explore while at at Castaway Cay. You never know
    what will be discovered.
Oceaneer Lab:   Ages 8 - 12

Here, children 8 to 12 years of age can play Nintendo on a jumbo screen or check out computer games on
one of the ten terminals that surround a larger than life Buzz Lightyear. They can let their imagination run
wild as they construct with K-Nex and other building materials and have fun with hands-on experiments in
the lab areas.

Ages 8 - 9:

  • Welcome Party - It's the perfect start to the cruise for the kids as they create crazy costumes from all
    sorts of "silly stuff." There's magic, a talent show and contests.
  • Quackamation - Future animators will learn the simple techniques needed to draw the irascible
    Donald Duck.
  • Digital Postcards - The kids will take digital pictures and make their own postcards that they can
    mail from Castaway Cay
  • The 4th Pig's Pasta Palace - Houses made of straw, sticks and bricks are nothing to compare to the
    house made from pasta that the kid's create for the "4th Pig". This "Penne Palace" is for Franco, the
    3 Little Pigs cousin who's visiting from Pisa.
  • Now a Word from our Sponsor - Lights, camera, action! The spotlight is on as the kids produce
    their very own TV spots.
  • Regatta Racers - Take an ordinary bar of soap and you have the perfect start for building your own
    "speedboat." The results are hilarous as the kids race their vessels on the sudsy seas.
  • Disney Game Show - The children are put into four teams and test their knowledge of Disney trivia
    and music.
  • Apprentice's Workshop - Budding Sorcerers will conjure and create their own batch of Flubber.
  • Hercules Feats of Strength - It doesn't take brawn to do these amazing tests of power. The
    children will learn how the mind is capable of accomplishing the most impossible of tasks.
  • Goofy World Records - Goofy and his helpers  have come up with a most unusual competition.
    There are laughs galore as the contestants participate in this wacky contest.
  • Goofy's Files - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) - Using forensics, Goofy's Gum Shoes examine
    clues while earning their detective certificates.
  • Dig at Monstro's Point - The kids will dig and explore while at at Castaway Cay. You never know
    what will be discovered.
  • Three Caballero's Pinata Party - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) -They're celebrating Donad
    Duck's birthday, but where's the pinata? Jose Carioca and Panchito were supposed to make one but
    they've forgotten.  They need your help to make one.
  • Castaway Capers - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) - Castaway Cay is the destination where clues
    lead to hidden treasure
  • Camp Out  - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) - Camping on a ship? Why not! The tents are ready,
    the "stars" are in the sky and you're all set for a fun nightime adventure.
  • Villainous Ventures  - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) - The Magic is under an evil spell and only
    the junior detectives aboard can break it. There are clues hidden throughout the ship that the teams
    of sleuths will uncover as they undo this Villainous deed.
  • Radio Waves - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) Radio spots are recorded by the young
    broadcasters who have tons of fun creating the sound effects to go with their ads.

Ages 10 - 12

  • Welcome Party - It's the perfect start to the cruise for the kids as they create crazy costumes from all
    sorts of "silly stuff." There's magic, a talent show and contests.
  • Goofin' Around with Animation - Gawrsh! The kids will have a great time learning how to draw
    Mickey's fun loving friend.
  • See Ya! - All of the kids are a piece of fruit in this fun game. Watch out, you don't want to end up in
    the blender. Good thing that there's a "smoothie" spot where you're safe and can enjoy a yummy fruit
    drink.
  • Nautical Mystery Tour - The kids will explore the ship in pursuit of clues that will help them to solve
    the puzzle put before them.
  • Mysterious Islands - The sea is full of stories of mystery and intrigue. The children will hear tales of
    ghost ships and islands that seemed to have vanished into the watery depths.
  • Science Sorcery - The kids will use their science skills to create a gooey substance.
  • Hangin' in Aloft/The Stack - The Teen club is the destination for a fun time watching a movie,
    playing games, foosball and just hanging out.
  • Splish and Splash - Mickey's pool is all yours for an evening party followed by pizza.
  • Boyz and Girls Chill - While the boys head to the basketball court, the girls enjoy activities designed
    just for the feminine set.
  • Search for Atlantis - The children embark on an exploration of Castaway Cay in pursuit of their "live
    source."
  • Lights, Camera, Improv - The kids get a tour of the fantastic Buena Vista Theater and get an
    introduction to music and drama through improvisation.
  • Culture Shock - In this fun game, diversity and different cultures are explored through Disney
    movies.
  • Oceaneer Rangers - This team building experience enlists the kids in the Oceaneer Ranger
    squadron.
  • Marblemania - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) -The kids will have a great time working with their
    teammates to make the supreme marble racetrack.

Ages 8 - 12

  • Wonderful World of Magic - The talented counselors transform into magicians and teach the kids
    how to make magic of their own.  
  • Crabby Crafts & Island Arts (3-12 year olds) - Tailored to the different age groups, the kids will
    make crafts with a sea life theme. An ocean matching game is part of the fun.
  • Salty Sea (3-12 year olds) - With the specific age groups in mind, the activities in this science
    program are designed to teach the children how ships stay afloat. They’ll make their own salt water
    and learn about the dynamics behind flotation under Professor Saul T. Seez's watchful eye.
  • Glowin' in the OBC -(7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only) - A fun lineup of skits is the focus as the kids
    have a blast dancing, playing human bingo, singing Karaoke and hooping it up all while glowing in the
    dark.
Special Teen Activities:

Teen fun focuses on parties, pizza, dancing, karaoke…all the things teens like to do. Teens also have three
special shore excursions just for them. Some of the many activities include:

  • 411 - Get the Info! - The teens meet the counselors and find out about the activities in the days
    ahead.
  • Welcome Party - A relaxed and fun time where the teens can sing, dance or jsut hang out in their
    exclusive club.
  • Out of the Box - Grouped together and tied into knots, the teens race against the clock in this fun
    contest
  • Teen Aloha Pool Party - At this unforgettable farewell party, there's dancing, fun pool games,
    cannonball contest, pass the orange, float Ball, ping pong and shuffleboard for the teens to enjoy.
  • Picture's Worth a Thousand Words - the teens put together a photomontage while learning about
    photography techniques.
  • The Glow Jam - Using glow in the dark sports equipment, the teens compete in different athletic
    events. With music playing, they can either watch or be a part of this fun time.
  • Karaoke Showdown - Practice up for this musical showdown where you'll compete to be the reigning
    Karaoke champ.
  • Sports Trivia - Think you know sports? Put your knowledge to the test.
  • Shooting Stars - You'll create a cinematic masterpiece with your new friends.
  • Mix & Match - Let's see how well you know one another in this fun game.
  • Maximum Capacity - Let's get this dance party started!
  • Whatever Floats your Boat - Join the other teens in building the winning bamboo boat on Castaway
    Cay.
  • Sailaway Party - As Castaway Cay slips away on the horizon, you'll join in the party for a special night
    of celebration.
  • Teen Karaoke - Studio Sea will be all yours as you perform your favorite routine.
  • Party in Paradise - This farewell party is the perfect way to say goodbye to your new friends.

  • Gotcha - This day long game focuses on elimination. See if you're the last teen still in the game as
    deception, intrigue and strategy are used to get you out of the game.
  • Pump it Up - A teen exclusive workout session.
  • Pajama Jam - Movies, snacks and PJ's combine for a relaxed and fun time.
  • Bring It - Form teams and see how you do as you're knowledge of movies, music and sports is tested.
  • 2 on 2 Hoops - Join the counselors on the basketball court for a game of 2 on 2.
  • Teen Movie Madness - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) - The Buena Vista is exclusively for teens
    as they enjoy a showing of the latest flick.
  • Sailaway Party - (7-Night Caribbean Cruise Only ) - As the ship departs from an island port, a special
    celebration takes place.

  • Teen 12 Metre Regatta (St. Maarten) - race on a REAL America's Cup yacht on this special version
    of the race just for teens.
  • Teen Explorer Cruise (St. Maarten) - take a disco cruise on the clear Caribbean waters and enjoy
