With Phase 1 scheduled to open in May 2012, Disney's Art of Animation Resort hotel promises to be the
ultimate in family fun. This Value Resort is planned to feature over 1,100 family suites, specially designed
to accommodate up to six guests, as well as standard guest rooms. The Resort hotel will draw its
inspiration from four classic Disney Animated films:

  •    Disney·Pixar's Finding Nemo (Early Summer, 2012)
  •    Disney·Pixar's Cars (Mid Summer, 2012)
  •    The Lion King (Fall, 2012)
  •    The Little Mermaid (Holiday, 2012)

The Little Mermaid buildings will house 864 rooms, themed after the sea, and will be similar to the rooms at
the existing value resorts.

1,120 family suites will be divided between The Lion King, Cars, and Finding Nemo buildings.  These suites
will each sleep six guests and will have a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, a master bedroom and 3 separate
sleeping areas.
